Shipping to us
For our maintenance and BYOB services;
After package has been shipped, please send us your tracking number in order to know the correct time/day of delivery.
Package must be labelled with the first and last name used to order on the website.
Pre-Order Wigs
NOTE: Pre-Orders takes up 7-10 business days to process (Weekends & Holidays not included). After processing, allow 2-3 days business shipping days to get your order.
Processing Time Policy
To keep the consistency of our products, processing time differs according to service required. Processing time is available in the description box of each product/service.
Note: If purchasing more than one service, there will be additional 2-4 days added to initial processing time before shipping to you.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped through mail. Delivery:- 4-6 days for domestic shipping to the US after dispatch & 2-3 days for Canada delivery.
Oak luxe wigs is not liable for shipping delays, lost or damaged packages by courier service.
Once your order has shipped, you will get an email with your tracking number.
Please note, processing time is the time it takes us to create your unit before shipping to you. FOR accurate timing, calculate from the time we get the unit plus the shipping time before it gets to you.
Billing and Shipping Address
If your billing and shipping address do not match, we will be requiring additional information before processing your order. Acopy of a valid ID and card used for purchase.
Refund & Return Policy
No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages.
Make sure you confirm shipping address before checkout as we are not liable for lost package due to incorrect address.
