The Hair Whisperer!
Hi! My name is Kafiiee. I started making wigs on sewing machine in 2018 and have made thousands of wigs ever since. Working as a team member for another hair brand for over 5 years has taught me the pros and cons of the hair and beauty industry in general birthing OAK LUXE BEAUTY/ WIGS. With high experience in wig maintenance, I have grown to understand different hair textures from different origins. 
Glue less wigs became my niche when I decided I wanted to wear frontal wigs without glue because of my low hairline. Today I can successfully say, we have provided hundreds of everyday woman with the perfect glueless units helping them feel beautiful in their own unique way, one glueless unit at a time....💜

Shipping Policy

P.O Box Shipping
 
After package has been shipped, please send us your tracking number in order to know the correct time/day of delivery.
Package must be  labelled with the first and last name used to order on the website.
Pre-Order Wigs

NOTE: Pre-Orders takes up to 14 business days to process (Weekends & Holidays not included). After processing, allow 2-3 days business shipping days to get your order. 

Processing Time Policy 
To keep the consistency of our products, processing time differs according to service required. Processing time is available in the description box of each product/service.
Note: If purchasing more than one service, there will be additional 2-4 days added to initial processing time before shipping to you.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped through mail. Delivery:-  4-6  days for domestic shipping to the US after dispatch & 2-3 days for Canada delivery. 
Oak luxe wigs is not liable for shipping delays, lost or damaged packages by courier service.
Once your order has shipped, you will get an email with your tracking number.
Please note, processing time is the time it takes us to create your unit before shipping to you. FOR accurate timing, calculate from the time we get the unit plus the shipping time before it gets to you.
Billing and Shipping Address
If your billing and shipping address do not match, we will be requiring additional information before processing your order. Acopy of a valid ID and card used for purchase. 
Refund & Return Policy
No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages. 
Make sure you confirm shipping address before checkout as we are not liable for lost package due to incorrect address.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within the first 24hours of purchase. After 24hours, no cancellation will be granted.
Follow the steps below to cancel your order within 24hours of purchase;
  • Locate your order number via confirmation email
  • Send an email to admin@oakluxebeauty.com with order number .
  • We'll contact you within 24-48hours to proceed with cancellation.

 

Return Policy

You have to be eligible for return for an order to be returned. Eligible items are items that are has NOT been worn, damaged or removed from its original packaging. 
Please ensure all orders are inspected upon arrival for defect accuracy.
Only issues communicated within 48hours from carrier delivery time will be considered.
What you need to be eligible for return;
  • You have to contact us within 48hours of delivery (when carrier delivers not when you unbox)
  • Picture/video evidence showing issues with order will be sent to admin@oakluxebeauty.com
  • Item must be in its original packaging, unworn or undamaged .
If you are eligible for return;
  • Send your video/ picture evidence of order in its original condition to admin@oakluxebeauty.com
  • After confirmation, return shipping address will be provided. Return shipping fees are paid by customers.
  • Once package is received, please allow 24 hours for inspection to confirm return requirements.
  • If all requirement is passed, Oak Luxe will issue a refund. Refund can take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Note: A 7% restocking fee will be charged on the returned item and shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

Refund Policy for Wig Services

Wig services includes Premade wig customization, Wig construction, Wig revamps, Lace replacements and Wig reconstruction.
Please inspect all wig service orders upon arrival for accuracy. No correction will be made after 24hours for wig services orders.
We are not liable for incorrect head measurement provided by client, therefore we are not required to make corrections.

ALL WIG SERVICE ORDERS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

 

FAQs

 How can I send you my hair?
Can I drop off my hair?
Yes, drop offs are available on Mondays & Wednesdays between 10AM-4PM. Send us a text at +1 463 256 0250 after checkout if you will like to drop off. 
Do you offer pick up?
For local residents, pick up is available as long as order is picked up between 24-48hrs after receiving pick up confirmation text. Failure to pick up within this time frame will incur $15 charge on pick up. 
I'm new to wigs. What would your recommend?
A closure wig is your best option preferably 5x5 Closure. 
Closure wigs comes 100% glueless.
Do you offer Installs?
Yes, I offer both Glue & Glueless Wig Install.

Do I need my head measurements?
For correct fitting, you need your correct head measurement. refer to our IG highlight on Wig Size Guide. 
Do you sell laces and bundles?
This service will be available soon. 
What sizes does your Ready to Ship wigs come in?
Small (21"-21.5")
Medium (22"-22.5")
Large (23"-23.5")
Does all your unit come glueless?
All our closure wigs are 100% glueless. For the ultimate glueless fit on your frontal wig, we recommend booking gluless install service via @laidbykafiiee. Without one on one appointment, frontal wigs cannot be guaranteed 100% glueless. 
An adjustable band is attached to all wigs.
How do I purchase a wig that I like on your IG page?
While some of our wigs (mostly blonde/highlight wigs) are one of one, some can be recreated. If it's a one of one, we may or may not be able to recreate it for future restocks.

Can I send hair directly to you from another hair company?
Yes, if the company courier service delivers to a P.O.Box. If Company do not deliver to postal box, you will have to ship to yourself before shipping to us. 
Do you offer color service on wig construction service/ Pre-made wigs?
YES! We will need a picture sent for approval by Oak luxe, if approved, a quote will be sent and payment will be made via zelle - for color service only. 
WE recommend our custom units for color inspiration.
How long to receive my wig?
Wig Construction : 9-12 business days ( excluding shipping time) after hair is received. 
Hair is provided by you for this service 
Color Service: 7-10 business days (excluding shipping time) after hair is approved.
Premade Wig Customization: 5-10 business days after wig is received .
Wig Revamp: 5-7 business days (excluding shipping time)
RTS units: 1-2 business days before shipping.
Custom units: 9-12 business days after order ( shipping time not included)

Monday - Friday. Weekend and Legal public holidays not considered business days.
